This listing is for a NWOT one shoulder dress by Donna Bella. It’s in a women’s 14. It has never been worn and a few of the chains on the shoulder design have fallen out. The dress pictured is the exact one being shipped out. It has been kept in a storage bag (hence the wrinkles) in a clean, smoke free environment.
