All elastic waist with drawstring. waste measures 13 inches unstretched all the way to 22 inches stretched length from the top of the waistband to the bottom measures approximately 37 inches. Will fit from an extra small and quite possibly all the way through extra large. I’m an extra large and they fit me so please check measurements.
