NWOT plaid asymmetrical peplum tunic

Buttondown plaid in royal blue and black. Buttons are smooth 28 in pit to pit, black lined in sliver. Peplum in front is asymmetric and back is straight across. Lightweight polyester and spandex. Brand new, never worn. 34 in shoulder to hem front and an 31 in back.
