This adorable high-low dress has a cotton navy blue top with capped shoulders, ribbon accented black waist band and nicely pleated silk-like attached skirt. Cute colored dots on the pretty fuchsia bottom. Slip underneath the skirt portion. From waist band, skirt measures 18” in front and 24” in back.
