Features a gorgeous red beaded heart pattern on the front, elastic at the top, slits on the side hems on both sides. 100% polyester. Made in USA. There are some markings from clip hangar and a faint marking on the back lower hem (not noticeable). See photos. Mid thigh (I am 5'1 for ref.)
