*NWOT. sheer polka dot button up -cap sleeves

This is an adorable, ultra feminem piece ! Light pink with black polka dots, ruffled detailing on the buttoned area and its sheer! This is so cute with a skirt or just jeans. I just got it but its a little too big, the cute cap sleeves are odd my shoulders.
