NWOT size 12 month toddler hand crochet dress

I bought this dress from a boutique, hand made by a local person in the area. Never been worn- It’s adorable multi colored crochet overall dress with orange flower buttons that can be undone. I was told it is a 12 month size. Would look adorable over a bathing suit or worn with a shirt and leggings. Please message me with any questions!
