NWOT size L Jun & Ivy blue floral tiered semi-formal dress with lace back

Much like another dress I have advertised here, I feel compelled to admit that this dress is NWOT because I went through a period of time where I believed myself to possess a slim silhouette. So strong was this belief that I confidently removed the tags off of the dresses I bought online from Francesca’s, including this beautiful blue floral tiered semi-formal dress with a delicate lace back and built-in bra, as well as fully adjustable spaghetti straps. My chest is a tad too large for this dress; I would say that it could easily fit a medium rather than a large. It is very flattering for anybody with a normal chest; I wouldn’t say that it is tight in the chest particularly, just too tight for me. Hope somebody else can enjoy this!
