NWOT stain washed distressed beautiful design of Rips down the legs I can't fit

these jeans are brand new I never got a chance to wear them because they don't fit me the tag says that there are two eggs but honestly they fit more like a 1X I would say size 18! when I say such a disappointment I really mean it about cried when I couldn't wear these. 38 inch's down the length. anything is 16 and 1/2 if I'm measuring the inseam right that's the inside waist of the jeans?? and the links across the bottom part of the jeans by your feet is 5 inch's.
