NWOT- things between dress l, puffy sleeves, ties at the back and zips at the back, is lightly lined somewhat see through skirt and chest, fully see through sleeves and back. Slight puffy sleeves. Blue, white and purpleish floral design. Very light and airy dress. Never worn. New did not come with tags since directly from the things between brand. A boutique brand on LA/OC.
