NWOT tropical blouse

Brand new never worn blouse. Shoulder straps are white adjustable tie straps that you can knot or tie in a bow. Elastic around shoulders gives a cold shoulder look. The material is a silky polyester feeling material. The second photo is my own and the others are from the website I purchased from. It is an XL size or 18, but it’s very flowy so could also go for someone who is XXL or size 20 I think.
