NWOT tropical vacation dress

This was purchased on a beach vacation a few years back and I can’t recall where. It has never been washed or worn. The tag is labeled with a brand but I believe this was more of a market style purchase than from a store. It comes with adorable coordinating scarf that can be used as a small shawl over the arms or as a head wrap etc. Very soft flowy fabric. Straps tie so their length can be adjusted. One size fits type of thing but I wear small and liked how it fit me. Smoke and pet free home.
