NWOT white nurse scrub dress pinning dress

Purchased this dress to wear for my pinning ceremony and ended up using a different one. Took tags off and washed it but never wore it. Perfect condition. The size is an XXS but these dresses run very large, I normally wear a S and this fits me perfect. Adjustable tie for the waistline. All white nursing dress. It's a White Cross dress.
