NWOT zip-up/snap vest/dress

a n d size medium. Black. In my opinion, can be worn as a long vest OR a dress. Denim-like cotton/spandex. Ties inside to make it more "fitted". Great quality and never worn, a little big but I wanted it for a dress😞 many pockets. Zipper and snap closure. Able to ship while on vacation hold.
