🎉NWOT!🎉Billabong Charity Bandeau Dress

NWOT! This fun, flirty, floral strapless mini dress has never been worn! Unfortunately, I grew out of it before showing it off. Bralette bodice, faux eyelet hook closures, smocked elastic on the upper back and a cinched empire waist for a perfect fit. Billabong logo is embroidered on the bottom left in a rich yellow. It was purchased from PacSun for $55. All of my items ship from a pet free, smoke free home!
