This beautiful dress by Forever 21 is brand new and never worn without tags attached. It is done in a stunning lace design and is fully lined. It has 3/4 sleeves with a lace up bodice and choker neckline. The scallop design hemline adds even more elegance. It is done in 90% nylon and 10% spandex with a 100% polyester lining.
