NWOT-High Elastic Waist drawstring Ankle Length

These r the old clam diggers. Soft & billowy, roll them up/ down. roll as high as to make them shorts! Love these. Bought many for whole summer. They cover it all. Over yur suit w a loose top if the weather turns chilly. I roll them up 2x; result is 35" from Waist to cuff. 38 " if not rolled. The Waist has more than enough give. Measures in at 17 ". Plus give. These r as comfy as they get. Tag says size 3x. Size 10 in US. . Bought on boards. Little info. They feel & breath like cotton/linen
