Brand new, but I removed the tags. I bought this in Florida, but never wore it. Size small, measures 15" across from under arms & 16" in length from underarm to bottom of front. Back is a bit longer. Has double layered knit jersey, but you may still want to wear a cami or something under it. 100% polyester. Yellow outer & white under layer. Wording is in green, blue, white & melon. Super cute with bright, vibrant colors & no flaws. Box 1
