Brand New without tags/ I tried these shorts on & thought I could pull them off & took them on our trip last summer. However once putting them on & walking a few feet I realized they are meant to be worn high on waist. I was born in the 80's & watched my own mother wear the classic "Mom jeans" & swore I never would. I also hadn't worn shorts outside in over 10 years so they came back home unworn Scoop brand Womens/ Juniors size 10 Light Wash although not Acid wash. High waist, wider at hips, super Stretchy. Raw or fringe hem, back pockets also have the Raw look as well.
