skluthe44 I'm so sorry you had to deal with Omgitsamy. She's physoc! She claimed my items were bad and never posted pictures or anything. Emailed me 10 times in a row Long paragraphs of how I'm trash and a liar and a scammer when how is it scamming when I sent her item. At least you know you're not the only one she's freaked on.

skluthe44 I totally would she has me blocked. She called me texted me saying I'm white trash and all this awful stuff! I was so upset and so mad. She is not a nice person. She's sent me nasty nasty emails ect. I feel you. She is so mean and very unreasonable. I see nothing wrong in the pictures she posted. That's how those vs pants are. I have many of them. She is something else!

cocoamy @skluthe44 I paid $75 for those pant and if you read in the comments she tried to get them for $15. She was not very polite thru the whole dealing but I only moved forward cuz I don't squelch on a deal and I originally told her I would bundle so I did, but I was worried once I saw all the drama on her page. She's claiming my listing says the pants were brand new when you can go to the listing they say never worn. She's a nut alright. I'm offering to take the pants back but she just told someone else she likes them and is keeping them. You tell me are the pants I sold her worth $19? I was told by two poshers that I should of got the $30'and I was being too nice.

cocoamy @skluthe44 Posh did their job: thank you to them they made her take down her defamating stuff about me BC it's not true. See when your a good posher they will protect you. They know I requested her to do this transaction properly and she chose not to. You can report her about her post defang mating you BC you did send her the items. And once the items are in hand she can do what ever she wants to them to change their condition. I know there are a lot of poshers who are here to just get free stuff by doing this BC a couple people contacted me and said it sounded like a new trend they are seeing of claiming a item is not as describes or damaged and trying to get more stuff out of the person or a partial refund. The two that contacted me said it's the habitual traders you must watch out for and I had heard that before. They do t like to use proper posh channels BC posh would not side with them. The girls who contacted me said had she opened a case against me they would not have sided with her BC they read my listing and I described everything appropriately, so their theory is she knew this and purposely did not involve posh. They looked at this individuals page and said she has done this before and I think they mean with you @skluthe44 and you should report her for lying about you. The hardest thing about dealing with her was her grammar.

desidooo @cocoamy lol I was intrigued by this story so I read it all. My one question to you is.....what is he difference between brand new and never worn? If it's never worn does that make it still new? I feel like I'm learning a lot from your bad experience because I've had someone claim an item was damaged when I thoroughly check my items before I ship. She clearly damaged the item after she received it because I was smart enough to take photos before sending. Sucks there are people out there like that

cocoamy @desidooo if you go to her page the phone she says was damaged she is selling right now as in good condition and super cute and for $2 more. She also lies and says she traded for it. Not sure why a person would lie about that. You must be careful on posh there are a lot of people that take advantage of the trusting people. It's typically people under 30 but I've seen it in the older crowd too. I'm seeing a trend of habitual traders that never want to spend $ which is what I think she is, so that was her game . Did you read the whole crazy embarrassing exchange between us under the VS pants? But go see my supposed damaged phone case I sold her that she is selling but lying to people while doing so. I also never told her anything was new but she continued to claim I did. But if u read our conversations you see that I don't. I was contacted by 3 other Poshers who said had she contacted posh and not released funds she would have most likely lost the case BC I represented everything correctly. And they only refund for true deception not "I don't like what I got."

cocoamy @desidooo and your question difference between new and never worn well that is a good question. There's NWT- which mean new with tags which is brand new then there's NWOT - which means new but does not have tags. I never claimed either I just said they were not worn and that is the truth. Her issu was a couple fuzz balls in crouch inside the pants. But had they been worn and washed glitter would have been everywhere and as you can see from the pics the glitter is on the pants where it belongs. I too take pictures before I send out which is why I think she chose to back down a bit. She did have a post on her page about me but posh made her take it down. The lessened I learned was selling is not safe either BC people can damage your stuff and get your $ too. So now I look at their closet and if they over trade I won't sell to them BC it means they don't like to spend $, and if they have not had good buying experiences. Like if I see someone complain on someone else site and I side with the seller and the buyer seems crazy I won't sell to them and I usually just block trouble before it happens. It's sad but now we need to qualify our buyers.

cocoamy @desidooo yes, she claimed it was peeling and just a mess but I took pictures before it went out and it was fine. I wondered did it get a rough delivery but as u can see in her pics it's fine, so she just wanted to try and get more from me. Her exact words I believe were "thought maybe I could get new stuff." I'm not sure that's the exact quote but it's in our convo, but it's basically what she said and had she just said I'm not crazy about this style of case I would have worked with her, and exchanged it. It's the lying and the disregard for my reputation and in her grammar she seemed to talk down to me from the get go. New /never worn well new I guess to me would mean it has tags or is a recent or current style these are 2 years old and just never worn. She thinks they were worn but I'm sure they were tried on a bunch at The store, but my daughter never wore them BC she has tactile dysfunction and the glitter was a "no way" for her, so I packed them away in her locking drawers. Yep, I have drawers that lock or else my daughter would pull all the clothes out, lol...

desidooo @cocoamy my daughter has issues like that too. If something rubs her skin it's a no go lol. It stinks that she gave you a one star rating. Especially since you had a perfect rating record. I think when we purchase items on here it's a chance we take not being able to touch it or try it on. Almost everything I have bought here didn't fit lol. I just rate the item how it was received and I re posh. It's a chance we take. I wish you much better luck in the future here. You seem like a lovely lady 😊
