NWOT/NWT can’t remember..! Blue sparkly semi-formal dress from a boutique

I can’t remember if I kept the tag or not but i’ll update soon with more info! Super gorgeous dress from a boutique that I never wore The neck is always super long on everyone so I got it taken in probably about an inch to make it fit better (as seen in photos). It’s a super pretty open back with a blue sparkly fabric! Only reason i’m selling is because I am not confident in my own body when wearing swoop/drape neck dresses.
