Vintage from the 80s, complete with removable shoulder pads, which were popular to that era(please see photo#9), this blouse is brand new & in excellent condition. It is so hard to photograph black in my house to show details, but this blouse has a silk-like effect & is black with tiny red polka dots. The polka dots appear white in most of my photos, so I made a video so you can see their true color is really red when I zoom in. Made of soft & flowing 100% polyester. Misses size M. Comes with detachable tie at neckline which can be tied in a bow or worn like a neck tie effect. Smoke & pet hair free home.
