NWOT,Vintage90s,SOFT Navy-Blue,Velvet,Dress with Beautiful Floral Brocade Detail

This beauty is vintage from the 90s & it's brand new. It is made of soft velvet-like polyester with 15% stretchy Lycra. The color is hard to photograph because it is so dark, but it's solid dark navy on the skirt part(almost black) & the top is just a bit lighter shade of navy with beautiful velvet floral brocade pattern. It has a side zipper(photo #5). It is a Junior size 11, but please see my photo measurements, as well. I believe it would be considered mini at 28". It sold for $68 back in the early 90s, so just imagine what it would cost now, IF you could find something similar.😉Smoke & pet hair free home. Made in USA!😉
