This is beautiful! Whether you prefer ruffles or you don’t, this dress is perfect! Yes, it has ruffles on the front and sleeves, but they’re not at all overwhelming! It’s all in a light, breezy dress with white polka dots on a black background. It ties in back. It measures 18 inches, underarm to underarm, and is 38 inches long, just below knee length. It’s in new, unworn condition.
