NWOT’s Gibson Latimer ruffle cape sleeve tunic top

Unfortunately reposhing because it didn’t fit me. It fits a true Medium but I’m a Large and was wishfully thinking it would fit. Reposhing this item I purchased from @marshallgirl1. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Questions? Leave a comment below!
