NWT 100% linen J. Crew tunic top, size medium

Very cute and detailed NWT 100% linen J. Crew medium tunic top. The color is a beautiful rich blue with red embroidery and an intricate scalloped edge. Purchased but never wore as it seemed a little tight on my arms; I would still say the fit is a true medium. I truly do not want to part with it, but I hope somebody else can really enjoy it.
