Pattern is called regal blossom Length is 38 inches. Chest from under arm to under arm length flat is 17 1/2 inches across one side. Waist is 16 inches length flat across one side sash ties come from side and tie in front cloth covered buttons are easy to use. The puffed sleeves are absolutely beautifully, made and comfortable, this dress is amazing and has pockets. The skirt does not gather at waist… Smooth waist that lets into a fuller skirt. This is so elegant and timeless.
