The waist measures 26” unstretched, and the elastic waist stretches to 38” if needed. Great colors! Perfect for summer music festivals and can wear into fall. Soft knit fabric is 96% rayon and 4% spandex. The tag says dry clean, but I would think this could be hand washed and laid flat to dry. It feels like T-shirt material that can be hand washed. Small tie closure in back. Great batwing sleeve! Fabulous style! 😍
