NWT 1990s Girls Floral Party Dress, Flutter Sleeve Dress, Isabella Brand Size 6X

Really bright and colorful girls floral dress from the 1990s. Features flutter sleeves, a drop waist and almost a watercolor sort of look. Perfect for a birthday party or other special event where you want to look cute but also be comfortable. - Vintage size 6X Measurements (laid flat and approx): Armpit to Armpit: 12” Length: 26” Shoulder: 4.5” Condition: Excellent - Dress still has tags and no stains or tears noted. -Strap for button on back may be a little loose, doesn’t seem to stay well. -Tag says flower is detachable but can’t verify -Please keep in mind that this is a vintage piece.
