NWT 3.1 Phillip Lim sequin varsity blouse

Sooooooo cute! New with tags. I purchased from another posher and unfortunately it’s too small. It has no stretch so i would say unless you have a narrow frame, this is best suited for someone who is an XS. Once on it fits, but it was really hard for me to get on and off due to lack of give in fabric. Tag says small, but listing as an xs for these reasons.
