Chest measures 19 1/2 inches from under arm to under arm length flat on one side fabric is stretchy. Waist measures 16 inches across laying flat on one side. The fit is looser on top and then formfitting on the bottom, but very comfortable. You will be thrilled. This is an incredibly flattering dress. I use recycle packaging to ship.
