NWT $398 Mac Duggal Tie Shoulder Sweetheart Ballgown blue satin dress A-line

Reposhing this item I purchased from @trishjc. Just tried on, so it is still in like-new condition with all tags on including red return tag. I bought it to wear to a wedding but I think the skirt is too wide. It is really beautiful fabric and the very full ballgown skirt would be gorgeous for a different, more formal event!
