we_are_open the approximate measurement are as follows: the waist is 42 inches unstretched. It also has a hidden zipper on the side. The length is approx 34 inches. The fabric content is 100% Polyester

we_are_open It is elastic but there's not much "give'. Not like you'd typically expect. It will give a more "fitted" look. That's probably why there is a zipper on the side.
