@mar28mik This dress is an extra small, but fits me, and I am anywhere from a 10 to a 12.
however, I find it slightly tight across the bust (the first tier hits me in the middle of the bust) and in the tightest part of the sleeve, so I included the measurements for that below.
first tier/tightest part of bust: 20 across
waist/midsection: 27 across
2nd tier/close to knees : 27 across
