This features a satin ribbon halter neckline, fully boned bodice, hip pockets, gored panels, crinoline, peekaboo back with flat bow and the most INCREDIBLE floral print in black, white, red, turquoise, navy, mint & yellow. Marked a vintage size 10. Bust- 38 bust Waist- 28 bust Hips- Full circle skirt & open. Top of the Bust to Waist- 12 inches (not including the halter strap). Waist to hem- 24 inches.
