NWT! 90s retro vintage professional long sleeve green dress, women size 12

Beautiful bright green dress. Women size 12. New with tags, extra button included. 100% silk dress. Dress does have shoulder pads and sleek interior lining. Measurements: See images for exact measurements. Material has little to no stretch. Condition: Still in excellent condition, bought in the 90s and never worn.
