NWT- A. Byer blue/white gingham top

This is totally the cutest gingham summer top. Wear in the fall with a cardigan as well. Super cute either white shorts, skirts, capris or jeans. Gingham is always so fresh. The elastic straps fit well which enhances the off shoulder drop!
