NWT A New Day Wrap Dress

Beautiful soft blue wrap dress. Has two ties on the side. Says 3X, but does not fit like a 3X. Fits more like a small. Please check measurements before purchasing! 16 inches pit to pit, about 18 inches around the waist (can be adjusted since it's a wrap dress), and 54 inches long.
