NWT A.L.C. low cut sleeveless top

This piece is sexy yet classic at the same time. Fire engine red, very low scalloped neckline, cinches in a bit at upper waist-- body hugging-- and then looser on bottom. Size 0, but fits up to 2. Pit to pit appx 15", 13" upper waist, 22" long, vneck 11" drop. Pictures do not do this justice. This piece really dressed up jeans, especially white jeans, Palazzo pants and skirts.
