foofoobado hi, it's Erin Smith, I purchased 3 bracelets and a shirt, a month ago, one bracelets the hook broke you were moving but would mail one to me? Haven't seen one or hears from you. Just now 2nd of the 3 bracelets broke on my arm in middle beads everywhere. you told me I could wear daily, you never take them off? I need 2 replacements or refund I took picture but can't get it attached to this you can corrispond on this or call me 503 688 4103. please advise ASAP

klalablove @foofoobado hey Erin I just saw your messages and I messaged you back awhile ago regarding the one with the broken clasp, the Rose Quartz. I was under the impression that you were going to buy the blue dress and I was then going to send you another bracelet and actually said I would send you an extra one as well. That was the plan, stated by you.

klalablove I do wear mine all the time and constantly swimming, exercising, etc. never taking them off. But very clear that was in conversation, not trying to get you to buy them. I’ve made these bracelets since 2017, sell them in many local and state stores. I can understand that one clasp may have been faulty and totally said I would get one out to you. Though in 7 years I’ve never had many (maybe 10) and definitely not multiple broken bracelets.
