Beyoncé just announced her Cowboy Carter Tour. What will you be wearing to the concert? This dress is perfect for a night out with the girls, date night, or any special event. I bought it with hopes to wear for New Year’s Eve but my plans fell through. Never worn with tags still in tack, hopefully someone else can make some wonderful memories in this gorgeous number!
