NWT ASOS DESIGN Bridesmaid satin cami maxi dress Size US 14

New with tags!! The tag on dress says size 12, but the paper tag says size 14. I think this fits like a 14, not a 12. Doesn’t have to be a bridesmaid dress, it’s a beautiful guest dress too. Last 2 pictures show slight flaws on the dress. First being a spot in the middle of the rushing on the chest. Could just use a dry clean and isn’t visible once dress is on. The last picture shows a spot on the bottom part of the skirt, probably from wheels that rolled on it while on a hanger. Can’t really notice once dress is on either.
