Hi! Does this run small? I know it’s cropped. I can’t find the set anywhere :(. I typically need an xs or s too and xs bottoms. I’ve yet to find the bottoms lol ❤️

sorry for the delayed response-- it measures 12 inches from the inner sleeve to the hem. it's a woman's medium -- I wouldn't say it runs small.
