New with size tag on back. Very comfortable. Size 8. Pretty long on me. High waist, flare Bottom. I'm 5'7" and would need wedges to rock it without and dragging. Look at photos for more details of size. No signs of wear or tear or other flaws. From a smoke free pet free home.
