NWT Aeropostale floral hi low ruffle skirt

Brand new with tags, no flaws. the skirt is slightly lower in the back than it is in the front and as you see in the last photo, there's stitching that gives a slight ruffle to the bottom of the skirt. Elastic stretchy waist with functional drawstring that measures 14" flat at rest. from waist to hem in the front is 31" and from waist to hem in the back is 39".
