NWT Alberto Biani 3-Piece Wool Skirt Suit Blue Italian Size 44/US Size 8

Beautiful—and beautifully made—never worn three piece vintage wool skirt suit by Italian designer Alberto Biani. All pieces are 100% wool, fully lined with 100% rayon. Made in Italy. The jacket is single breasted, with five buttons. The sleeveless shell has a keyhole with button closure and partial hidden zipper in back. The skirt is slightly A-line and has two pockets in front and a zipper with button closure in back. This suit has never been worn and is in new condition. It has been carefully stored in a smoke-free home. The only flaw is slight discoloration on the waistband of the skirt on the spots where the hanger previously used to hang it touched it (see last photo). It's barely noticeable. The suit is labeled a size 44 (Italian), which is equivalent to a US size 8 or possibly 10. Vintage sizes tend to run smaller than current sizes, so the best way to ensure a good fit is to compare the approximate measurements shown in the photos of each piece to the measurements of similar pieces in your own wardrobe that fit you well.
