New with tags size XL Alex Mill June pull-on skirt. Soft pleated, elastic waist for stretch and midi-length. 100% cotton fabric. Skirt also has pockets. Waist measurement is 17 inches and length of skirt is about 31 inches. Back of the skirt on the right towards the bottom hem does have a mark. Have not tried to remove the spot, but looks like it would come out. Please see photo of the mark. Smoke-free, pet-friendly home. Reasonable offers considered. Thanks for looking!
