NWT! Alfani Red, White & Blue Wrap Dress

NWT! This gorgeous wrap-style dress never got the chance to shine! The red, white, and blue watercolor pattern will look perfect on anyone who wants color in their wardrobe (to note: the red is more leaning towards a deep pink). There is lining throughout the dress except for the sleeves for a nice breeze. There are hooks that give the wrap effect (one on inside and one on outside) with a belt to tie off the perfect look.
