These Alfred Dunner Size 18 Short pants are brand new with tags. In the pictures these pants look black, but they are not black, it is actually a very dark shade of Azure Blue. The waist measurement on front seam to seam is 20". The waist all the way around measures 37 1/2". There is elastic inside the back waistband, so these pants have lots of give for bending and stretching. The side seam measures 39 1/2 inches, the inseam measures 28".
