NWT Ali & Jay baby blue Mini dress in Size XS

NWT never worn Ali & Jay baby blue mini dress in Size XS. This sweet little dress has a woven stripe in the chiffon, a ruffle across the front and hits mid thigh on me (I’m 5’4”). Looks great with tights and boots in the winter or strappy heels in the spring. It has a 2 button closure on the back of the neck, and the bottom strap that holds the button in place is broken. I’ve attached pictures so you can see, but sorry it’s a bad quality! (It’s a quick and cheap fix though!)
